  • All regular and associate members are required to pay an annual membership fee. The memberships are due for renewal on the 23rd of March, and the dues are payable within six weeks of the elections.
  • Standard accounting procedures are to be followed for keeping the ledgers of the Association.
  • The Association receives gifts, donations and contributions, provided their terms do not violate the constitution of the Association. All such donations are publicly received and acknowledged.
  • The accounts and ledgers of the Association are open to all its members of the Association.
  • Receipts of such gifts and donations shall not be used to affect the rights, privileges, responsibilities and duties of any members of the Association. Specifically no special rights or privileges shall be accorded to the donors that are not available to other members of the Association.
